For one of the best-known Tour Operator in Albania, we are looking for a Travel Agent.
As a Travel Agent, you will show exceptional customer service while providing recommendations to enhance local and international clients’ travel experience. You will build rapport with all customers and foster long-lasting relations. You will research, reserve, and finalize domestic and international travel arrangements. You are focused, detail-oriented and demonstrate great customer services. You will show potential to grow customer base through sales and customer service.

About you:
•1 to 2 years’ experience in customer service, (experience in Hospitality is highly preferred)
•University Degree in Tourism, Business Administration or similar
•Solid communication skills – both oral and written
•Fluency in English, multilingualism is a plus
•Comfort with computerized reservations systems
•Detailed-oriented and highly organized to keep all travel arrangements in order.
