For one of the best hotels in Tirana, we are looking for Front Desk Operator with strong customer services skills:

The ideal candidate needs to have a great focus on Guest Experience and making their stay pleasant and enjoyable. You must welcome every guest, register them, and provide direction to their room and other amenities. Promptly answer the telephone using positive and clear communication. You will answer guest’s question and resolve any of their issue or complain. Invoice them for their stay and used services. You will assist in booking reservations.

What you bring at workplace:
-High School Diploma in tourism but graduates with University Degree are welcomed to apply
-Some relevant experience or internship within hospitality industry is desired
-Great knowledge of English Language
-Strong Customer Focus
-Good written and spoken communication skills
-Good computer knowledge.
