We are looking for a talented young IT Tech support for our client, a very successful retail company in Albania.
Your job will be to provide technical support to maintain the organisation’s computer systems, both hardware and software to ensure optimal performance, thus staff can maintain a high level of productivity. You will resolve issues for staff via phone, in person, or electronically, will perform hardware and software installations, configurations and updates as needed, manage staff email accounts, maintain VoIP telephone system and make weekly report at IT Manager.

About you
You will have:

-University degree
-At least 2 years of similar experience
-Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, VoIP systems and general IT hardware
-Good troubleshooting and problem solving skills
-Collaboration and communication skills
-A “can do “ attitude.
