Administrative Assistant

For our client, an international company, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant for their office in Tirana.
She will have previous experience working in an office environment, performing administrative tasks and providing support to support managers and employees.

Your daily tasks:
•Responsible for taking daily phone calls and emails
•Ensuring clients/visitors feel welcome and provide general support
•Managing stationery and tea/coffee supplies
•Maintain and update contact list
•Prepare the documentation for contracts, services and/or purchases
•Responsible for organizing, coordinating and schedule meetings/appointments
•Updating client information/ documentation on the system
•Perform other duties and tasks at the request of management

Your profile:
•BSc in administration, social science or similar area
•1+ years of relevant experience in an office setting, preferably in an administrative role
•Excellent organizational skills, time management and communication skill
•Very good working knowledge of ITC technologies (related software, phone, email, the internet) and computer applications
•Strong command of English language (both written and oral) is required; other language is an asset
