On behalf of our client, an international retail company operating in automotive industry we are looking for Client Advisor-parts & service to assist their existing and new customers.
Your key tasks and responsibilities:
Ideally you will have a strong passion and curiosity for vehicles, combination of technical and commercial knowledge and eager to develop your potential in a dynamic work environment. You will fulfill customer’s requirements in friendly, professional, and efficient manner; answer phone calls, provide price quotes and other information; replenish assigned inventory, record special orders, and prepare regular reports for management.
A bit about you and your background:
•High passion for vehicles and knowledge of automotive parts
•Relevant work experience or apprenticeship in automotive service is an advantage
•Technical high school diploma or engineering degree are highly preferred
•Very good communication, listening and customer service skills
•Good command of English language
•Good knowledge of MS Office Package.
•Valid Driving License
