On behalf of our client, a reputable company in FMCG industry, we are looking for Junior Business Analyst. In this role, you will act as an internal consultant for the Sales division. Through deep dive analyzes and data interpretation, you support Sales Manager in developing targeted strategies.
You will:
-Check and track measures and KPIs.
-Develop metrics to assess the success of new products.
-Conduct analyzes and reports to control sales activities and communicate the results with management.
-Develop automated reporting and optimization of existing key figure systems.
-Deliver weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
-With adequate reporting, you enable sales to work on the right priorities, to track and achieve their goals.

Your Profile:
-Successfully completed business studies
-2+ years of professional experience (in the above-mentioned area of responsibility is desirable)
-Very good communication skills (written and verbal)
-Sociability and a confident demeanor
-Solution and business-oriented thinking
-IT affinity and solid MS Office skills
-Experience with NAVISION is desirable
-Fluent in English skills
-Ability to work independently and strong intrinsic motivation to achieve things
