On behalf of our client, one of the largest and consolidated companies in the country, we are looking for an HR Specialist to join their expanding team.

The ideal candidate will perform a wide range of functions associated with recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management. Will track records into the HR Information system about all personnel related matters. Propose new ideas to improve HR practices. Provides guidance to employees on company HR policies and procedures. Represent company on job fairs, university campus recruitment and other events. Weekly report to HR Director.

What you bring to their HR team is:
-University degree
-3+ years of experience in an HR Specialist/Generalist role
-Good working knowledge and familiarity with HR concepts, practices, and procedures
-Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
-Time management, organizational and problem-solving skills
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Albanian and English
-Expert User of Microsoft Office Applications
-Experience working with an HR Information System preferred.
-Desire to succeed in faced paced environment.
